Backups: Depending on the amount of content that changes daily and the platform the site is built upon, we can perform backups daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly as needed. All backups can be stored and uploaded where requested. We also keep copies of backups in an offline server for redundancy. This can be disabled if requested.
Minor Content Updates: We support minor updates and modifications to existing content including new pages utilizing the same template. We do not support design and development of new media and content under plans with Minor Content Updates.
Content Updates: In addition to modifying existing pages and creating new pages utilizing existing templates, we'll help you put together new pages and make minor design adjustments as needed. Please note this does not cover custom development that requires more than 2 hours of work.
Spam Prevention: Spam prevention and protection is provided through CleanTalk. We'll continuously adjust the site for specific cases where spam is still going through and can do so without the use of CleanTalk if more specific requirements are needed.
