Daily Backups: All backups are done daily via UpdraftPlus and stored on the webserver and an offsite server for redundancy. Up to 7 backups are stored by default.
Weekly WP Updates: WordPress's Core, Plugins, and Themes are updated weekly after performing backups. At the client's request and by default on more complex sites (such as eCommerce), a staging site will be set up to test all updates to ensure functionality.
Minor Content Edits: Modifications to content on existing pages and typo fixes are covered. Designs and development of new pages aren't included.

Spam Prevention: Spam prevention and production and provided through CleanTalk. We'll continuously adjust the site for specific cases where spam is still going through.
Managed eCommerce: We'll manage and update your store to let you focus on selling, shipping, and running your shop. Provide us with any new content or pricing changes, and we'll take care of the rest.
